2 Updating Basic Information vs. Re-Registration
** Please note that updating the organization’s basic information on Engage does not mean the organization has re-registered for the academic year. Registration is an annual requirement organizations must complete in order to remain in good standing with the University. If an organization does not complete this requirement the organization will be recommended for loss of recognition. 3 Before you begin registering…
The person who submits the registration of the organization will become the organization’s “Primary Contact.” The organization can either assign the duty of registration to whomever the organization would like to be the primary contact, or change the primary contact after the registration is submitted. 4 Resuming the Registration Process

5 Step 1 Go to https://missouri.campuslabs.com/engage/

9 Step 5 You will be redirected to the organization’s “Action Center,” where you can manage the organization. When registration is open, a highlighted blue message will appear that says “this organization is eligible for re-registration.” To begin the registration, click the “RE-REGISTER THIS ORGANIZATION” button. 11 A few sections to note… General Information
All information entered on the “General Information” page will be made public in the “About” section of the organization’s profile. Since the information entered in this section will be the only information to become public, we strongly encourage that you add information like membership criteria, meeting info, and office hours to the “description” section on the general information page. 12 Constitution/Bylaws Upload
To have a request approved by ORG, Recognized Student Organizations primarily supported by the Organization Resource Group must upload a constitution that meets these requirements. Please note certain items need to be listed in verbatim.  Please pay close attention to the Constitution Checklist when reviewing the organization’s constitution. The most recent constitution on file for the organization can be found on the organizations profile under the “documents” tab. Click on the “Document Type” drop down menu to select “Constitution/Bylaws” and find the organization’s constitution. The constitution uploaded during the registration process, will also be housed under “documents” on the organization’s profile. 13 Fiscal Information Advisor Agreement Risk Management
No organization is required to have a bank account; however, if the organization does have a bank account, you can store the bank account information on Engage by filling out the “Fiscal Information” page. Advisor Agreement Advisors no longer have to approve the organization’s re- registration submission. However, they must review and complete an annual MU Recognized Student Organizations Agreement as part of the re-registration process. Risk Management The risk management section allows the organization to identify and evaluate the risk associated with the organization’s activities. Please consider the organization as a whole when evaluating risk. Fiscal Information No organization is required to have a bank account; however, if the organization does have a bank account, you can store the bank account information on Engage by filling out the “Fiscal Information” page. Advisor Agreement Advisors no longer have to approve the organization’s re-registration submission. However, they must review and complete an annual MU Recognized Student Organizations Agreement as part of the re-registration process. Risk Management The risk management section allows the organization to identify and evaluate the risk associated with the organization’s activities. Please consider the organization as a whole when evaluating risk.

15 Accessing Approved Registration
Once the organization’s registration has been approved, the organization’s officers may access a PDF of the approved registration in “Organizing Documents” in the organization’s profile.
