What’s in This Year’s Course? In eighth grade, students study Georgia geography, history, government, and economics. While the four strands are interwoven, ample opportunity is also provided for in-depth study of the geography of Georgia and the government of Georgia. U.S. historical events are included, as appropriate, to ensure students understand Georgia’s role in the history of the United States

Your access is the same as last year. Synergy is a web-based program that allows both parents and students access to the following: Grades Attendance Schedule This program also has a mobile app that will allow you to check progress while “on the go”. If parents do NOT have an access code, please stop by the main office during regular school hours & be prepared to show ID. Your access is the same as last year.
