Step 2: Sign in with your Username and Password

Step 5: Locate Make & Model of Type Approved Mobile Phone Click on button to view TAC number IF TAC Number is NOT found, New TAC(s) have to be submitted to the ICT Authority

Note: If TAC submitted is verified to be correct, the ICT Authority will update its website with the TAC submitted and inform applicant. After verification, if any discrepancy is noted, the ICT Authority will inform the applicant accordingly. The MRA customs department has access to the TAC information appearing on the website. The customs department may cross-check the TAC on the mobile phones with the ones on the ICT Authority website as and when they physically verify the mobile phones as per their established procedures.
