1 This document provides all the information to effectively use Salomon Canada B2B RETAILER SOLUTION URL: http://can.salomonb2b.com/b2bsna/viewLogin.do

2 LOGIN Retailers must login as follows; Account is always UPPERCASE CE followed by the retailer’s Ship-To account number. Login is always lowercase admin. Password is always lowercase salomonb2b when a retailer logins the first time.

3 CHANGE PASSWORD  Click on MY ACCOUNT on the navigation bar:  Change password is in the top-right section of the MY ACCOUNT page:  Enter your current password, your new password, re-enter it again then click UPDATE.  You should see this at the top-right corner of the page: Password successfully changed  Click on the BACK button to return to the MY ACCOUNT page.

4 CHANGE PREFERENCES  Enter the name of the administrator of the retailer’s account. i.e.: Jim Smith.  Check or Uncheck the Display Pictures checkbox. See explanation on the right.  Check or Uncheck the Available only checkbox. See explanation on the right.  Select the price to display when looking at the online catalogues. We recommend Catalogue.  Check or Uncheck the Still to deliver checkbox. See explanation on the right.  Select the desired Default language.  Enter the email address where confirmations for orders entered on the B2B should be sent.  Check the Send a mail checkbox to receive B2B order confirmations.

5 CHANGE PREFERENCES (continued)  Click on UPDATE.  You should see this at the top of the page: “Preferences” updated  Click on the BACK button to return to the MY ACCOUNT page.

6 XPLORE This is where you can download Available to Ship reports. Click on XPLORE on the navigation bar:  Click on the download button in the Actions column corresponding to the ATS you want:

7 LINKS This is where you can gain access to other Salomon websites and contact information.  Click on LINKS on the navigation bar:

8 PRODUCT SEARCH  Click on HOME on the navigation bar: If you know the model number that you want to look at, simply type it in and click If you don’t know what the model number is, you can enter a search string in the model description search criteria:

9 PRODUCT HISTORY  Click on to view all order History on that size.

10 STILL TO DELIVER  Click on to see if you have quantities on order with us that we have not shipped to you yet. ADD TO BASKET  If you’d like to place an order, simply enter a quantity in the desired sizes then click  You can see items added to basket on the left side of the page.

11 BASKET MANAGEMENT  Click on BASKET on the navigation bar: You see all pending orders in your basket. In this case we see an Apparel repeat order and a Footwear repeat order.  Click on to add products to this order.  Click on to delete this order.  Click on to delete this line from this order.

12 SUBMIT ORDER – FIRST STEP  Select the orders you want to submit then click  Select ship to address, enter PO No and requested delivery date then click

13 SUBMIT ORDER - LAST STEP  Verify that all information is correct, check the confirmation checkbox and submit order.

14 ACCOUNT HISTORY - ORDERS  Select or enter your criteria then click SEARCH.  Click on the order number to see more information on it and to see the products on the order.  Click on the OTHER ORDERS button to return to the list.

15 ACCOUNT HISTORY – SHIPMENTS  Select or enter your criteria then click SEARCH.  Click on the shipment number to see more information on it and to see the products shipped.  Click on the OTHER SHIPMENTS button to return to the list.

16 ACCOUNT HISTORY – INVOICES & CREDITS  Select or enter your criteria then click SEARCH.  Click on the document number to see more information or click to see shipment information.  Click on the OTHER INVOICES button to return to the list.
