FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS W Who is going on the trip? As well as the 35 Year 6 children, Mrs Loader will be with the children all week. Mr Rickard, Mr Curran. Miss Buxton, Mrs James, Mrs Walls and Mrs Thomas will be joining the group at various times during the week. There will be 4 members of our staff on site at all times, plus Avon Tyrrell staff. How many activity groups are there? There will be 4 activity groups of 9 boys and girls. The groups will remain the same all week. Can we choose who we share a room with and when will we find out? The children will be able to choose 3 names who they would be happy to share with. We will guarantee to match them with at least one name unless we feel it would not be a good combination - so we advise them to choose wisely! Mrs Loader will then sort the rooming lists which are only given out when arriving at Avon Tyrrell. Avon Tyrrell supply a trained instructor who is first Aid trained in a ratio of 1:8/1:9 children so every group will have at least 1 trained instructor leading it plus our staff.
