16 Travelling The pupils and staff will be travelling by coach to and from the centre; All pupils will be expected to wear a seat belt for the entire journey; Would parents please ensure that any child who suffers from travel sickness is adequately prepared; they should also sit towards the front of the coach; The bus company used abides by EU driving laws, requiring a 45 minute stop at the service station during each journey.

18 Medicines All medicines need to be clearly labelled with the dosage and the name of your child. Please ensure that you put your child’s medicine in a clear plastic container, e.g. Tupperware box, with their name clearly labelled on it. Hand in medicines on arrival, even if your child administers them themselves so that staff are aware of what they are taking and so that it can be monitored. These will be administered as and when necessary according to the medical form. Please contact Mrs Ross before the trip if you have any further concerns about any of the above.
