Steps to adding a letter of intent: The letter of intent must be added to each qualifying resident’s forms/files page. Scroll down to Verification Letters and select “New Verification Letter”
Make sure that the letter is FY2013 Complete the information on the Verification Letter (only need “sent to”). Hit submit so the form automatically populates with the Resident/Fellow’s information. Under actions, select print and have the Resident/Fellow and Program Director sign. Return the signed form to the GME office. Make sure that the letter is FY2013
