1 Modify an Existing Accommodation Request
In myAccess you can modify a request for accommodations after you have submitted them. For example, if you didn’t choose to use all of your approved accommodations in a course and later decide you would like to use them, you can modify the request and choose the accommodations to use and then generate an updated accommodation letter for your instructor.

2 Modify an Existing Accommodation Request…
After logging into myAccess, go to the “List Accommodations” section. You’ll be able to scroll down and see all of your requests for accommodations for any/all of your courses. Look for a gray box containing the class information. There will be the Modify Request option on the right side of the page.

3 Modify Request Click “Modify Request” for the accommodation request you’d like to modify. Select the accommodations you want to add/remove from that request. Click “Update Request” The modification request will be sent to your Access Advisor for review. Please allow hours for the review and/or approval.
