Target groups Primary target Secondary target or general public: Network’s members, i.e. national reference points and policy representatives of the relevant national ministries, social partners and the European Commission Secondary target or general public: every other individual or organisation who has an interest in the quality of VET in Europe Audience characteristic and specific communication needs: their awareness of the Network is high and they have a high need for up to date, analytical and forecasting information Audience characteristic and specific communication needs: current awareness of the activities of the Network among this group ranges from moderate to high.
