3 Project aims and objectives:
Contribute to the improvement of inclusive education and training; Guarantee equal learning and employment opportunities; Develop appropriate Quality Assurance mechanisms in VET programmes; Support the professional environment of VET organizations

4 Target audience: VET Providers; Teacher and School associations;
ADHD Associations; ADHD learners; Business (employers); National and European organisations active in the field of VET and inclusive education and training ; National / local authorities and policy makers; EQAVET secretariat and expert group

5 Desired impact: The quality initiatives of the VET programmes aligned with the European and national policies in the field of inclusive VET; VET providers and local/regional/national authorities supported in understanding the essentials of the changes for aligning their QA approach with the inclusive ET policies; Key stakeholders attracted to use the quality exercise, aware in the influence and importance of the QA in VET for ADHD learners; Local and regional authorities assisted in selecting approriate practices for raising the role and more active participation of the stakeholders in VET quality initiatives; More stakeholders confident and desire to change and improve VET-programs addressed to ADHD learners; The future work of EQAVET - better focused on provider’s needs and environment concerning quality initiatives and quality assurance processes, with an inclusive approach; Increased transparency of provided VET programs leading to wider implementation of other European instruments for VET e.g. EQF and ECVET.

6 Project outputs: Compendium of good practices in the field of EQAVET implementation in VET for learners with ADHD; the first Compendium of good practices in the field of European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET) implementation in Vocational Education and Training (VET) for students with ADHD Quality Assurance Framework for VET for learners with ADHD: 14 quality principles and indicators for VET providers for ADHD learners - elaborated in 4 groups: 1. Policy/Strategy of the Institution/VET Provider 2. Learning Contents 3. Training Delivery 4. Organization. Toolkit for VET providers training ADHD learners: online (self)assessment tool is under development Pilot testing of the QA Toolkit.
