Support contract – update of the FD reporting tools Objective: an update of the FD reporting tools for the purpose of the next reporting cycle: PFRAs/APSFRs by March 2019 FHRMs by March 2020 FRMPs by March 2022 Key outcomes: Updated CIS Guidance document, replacing the existing Guidance document No. 29 Updated electronic schemas Updated specifications for automatic quality assurance routines
The Commission envisages the following key meetings in 2017 to agree with Member States the updated Floods Directive reporting guidance and tools: 1. The Sub-WGF on Reporting meetings will be held as follows: - Initial meeting Date: 31st January 2017 Venue: DG ENV, Brussels Agenda: Discussion on the update of the CIS Guidelines 29 on Reporting under the Floods Directive Presentation of the ToRs in support of the sub-group's work Lessons learnt from the 1st cycle (EC DG ENV) Lessons learnt from the 1st cycle (Presentations from MSs) Outcomes: Revised Lessons learnt from the 1st cycle Conclusions
- First technical meeting Date: 16-17 March 2017 (back to back with the WGF 21 meeting) Venue: Bucharest (Romania) Agenda: presentation of the Contractor + 1st draft paper for the update - Second extended (2 days) technical meeting Date: end of May 2017 Venue: Brussels Objectives: discussion on the updated Reporting tools for FD - Third meeting Date: September 2017 Objectives: discussion on the updated Reporting tools for FD, reflecting comments of MS - Final meeting Date: week of 16-20 October 2017 (back to back with WGF 22) Venue: Tallinn (Estonia) Objectives: finalisation of updated Reporting tools for FD
2. The final reporting tools approved by the Sub-WGF on Reporting will be tabled for review at the CIS SCG meeting Date: 9-10th November 2017 Venue: Brussels 3. The package of reporting tools will be put forward for endorsement by Water Directors Date: 4-5 December 2017 Venue: Tallinn (Estonia)
