Project Title: ‘Delivering change through transformational leadership – a practical application’

ILM Assignment Criteria Assignment Task Points Awarded Guidance Purpose of project /25 Provide a summary of your visit purpose detailing which session / Leading the Way programme context you got the idea from and link with business driver/enabler. What is the gap at present in the division. What made you think this company had better practice in this area. How did you plan and organise your visit. The visit Provide detail of your visit. Outline your visit planner – what you intended to gain – questions to ask – what you asked to see. What was your key learning points – what did you learn in relation to the purpose on your visit. What will be the impact of the change – individual or team or division wide (process). Project Outcome /45 Provide a summary on what good practice you can bring back into the division. What best practice do you intend to use and change back in the division. What have you done, implemented and changed since your visit. What has been the impact - on the individual and or the division. What has been your learning from this stage. Project Report /5 Presentation of report. The following is a common chapter flow through a written report:  Exec Summary, Contents Page, Introduction, Current Situation / Background, Aim / Objectives, Theoretical Framework, Recommendations, Conclusion, Appendices, References – use this as a guide and depending on your project theme will need to be adjusted.
