What will be the impact of the change – individual or team or division wide (process). Project Outcome /45 Provide a summary on what good practice you can bring back into the division. What best practice do you intend to use and change back in the division. What have you done, implemented and changed since your visit. What has been the impact - on the individual and or the division. What has been your learning from this stage. Project Report /5 Presentation of report. The following is a common chapter flow through a written report:  Exec Summary, Contents Page, Introduction, Current Situation / Background, Aim / Objectives, Theoretical Framework, Recommendations, Conclusion, Appendices, References – use this as a guide and depending on your project theme will need to be adjusted.
