Accessing the Refinement Year project with your account What you need to know: Taskstream will activate accounts after confirmation from AAC&U and SHEEO If you had access for the Demonstration Year, your same account (email and password) will work. You will get an email notification from Aqua when your account has been activated.

Entering assignment information and uploading artifacts What you need to know: You will create an assignment in Aqua under “Manage Evidence” for each unique assignment from which you have collected artifacts. After completing the assignment information, you will upload the artifacts by selecting “manage evidence” for the assignment. Detailed student demographic information will be provided in a separate file

Providing student demographics What you need to know: For the Refinement Year, this is a separate file that will be emailed to value@taskstream.com The file should cover your entire sample across all assignment The student ID should be unique and match the ID’s used in the artifact upload The file can include demographic records for all possible student submissions. If you ultimately do not upload artifacts for a given record, that is OK. They will be excluded from reports.
