2. Taskstream Single Sign-On (SSO)
Log In: GWeb Info System for Students
From the webpage my.gwu.edu
Click gweb info system

3. Enter in GWID and PIN
Then click Login

4. Click the Student Records and Registration Menu Tab

5. Click the TaskStream link

6. Click the LAT by TaskStream link … if an additional slide opens after clicking this link, please select the LAT platform

7. Initial TaskStream Platform Access:
Once you input your account information and personalize your password, click the Submit button to continue.
As a first time user accessing the TaskStream platform through the preferred GWeb single sign-on process, students will be asked to change their password during their first visit to the TaskStream platform.  This password change is only applicable to the TaskStream platform and can then be used outside the GWeb single sign-on to access their personal TaskStream account directly.

8. Please read the TaskStream User Agreement and click “Accept” to continue

12. Viewing Assessment
The Work tab is where students can upload and submit work
This section displays the assessment name and course #
This section displays the program name and NCATE standard (i.e., 5)

13. Viewing Assessment Directions & Rubric
Click on the Directions link to view assignment directions for that requirement.
Click on the Evaluation Method link to view the rubric for that requirement.
Then click View Rubric. A window will pop up with the rubric.

14. To upload an assignment, select Attachments

15. Uploading a New Attachment
To Add a New Attachment, click on Upload from Computer
Click on + Add Files. Once file is added, click Start Upload.
Click on Upload and Close when done.

16. Uploading a New Attachment Cont.:
Once file is attached, click Save and Return to exit page #5

17. Final Step - Submitting Work
Do Not Forget to click the Submit Work button to submit work for evaluation.

18. Yes-Submit My Work when done.
Confirm Submission
A screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to submit your work for evaluation. You can also add optional comments for you evaluator.
Click
Yes-Submit My Work when done.
