An Overview of the Nigerian Media Nigeria has the biggest and most virile Media community in Africa, followed by South Africa and Kenya PRINT – over 100 functional ones (Daily, Weekly, Magazine, Trade, Soft sell, etc) The Print Media are classified into three major tiers (1, 2 & 3), specialized and local or Regional publications About 6 publications make up Tier 1
