What not to do? Make demands at interviews Look unorganized Come unprepared Inappropriate Dress Making mistakes on resumes Having resumes too brief Stating too many personal reasons as to why one would not be prepared Mistakes on Social Media. We use Google for Searches.

Other Tips Interview Practice is important Try to you enter a certified area where there is a demand Ex. Elementary, early childhood, mathematics, science, Special Education, etc. Be prepared for the MTTC Test. Research the district where you want to work. Sub and Get some experience and exposure
