(5 th in Region- 19)) CCR rate of 65% by 2015 (82.5% in 14 up from 21% in 2012) ACT 18.3 (18.4, first time over 18,up from 16.5 in 2009) KPREP 71.9 (60.4, First Time Proficient ) Attendance 96% (91.97% in 2007, 164 in state, - 94.74 - 14 (met goal in 12 of 95%) Remain fiscally solvent/efficient

Great Board Team focused on District Motto AdvancEd Accredited for the First time Ever Early College Academy (FCECA) 8 Associate Degrees in 2014! 41st percentile to the 83rd percentile in 13 Distinguished Schools: May Valley, Stumbo K-5 and 6-8 and Osborne Proficient Schools: Allen Central High, Allen Central Middle, Allen Elementary 6-8,Betsy Layne Elementary 6-8, Betsy Layne High, McDowell Elementary, and Prestonsburg High MVES Ranked 2 nd in the STATE (9 Consecutive Years in top 10) 3 PROFICIENT HIGH SCHOOLS Graduation Rate over 91% well above state average

7 Did You Know, Cont.? 1 of only 477 school districts in U.S. and Canada that made the AP Honor Role in 2014 10 Governor’s Scholars in 2014 2014 Graduates completed over 1,000 dual/AP Credit Hours and earned over $,4,000,000 in scholarship money Honor Banquet Numbers almost doubled in 14 with 93 students compared to only 54 in 13 Over 30,000 volunteer hours during 2014 Completed the second cohort of our CIA program in 2014 which is designed to grow our own leaders. We now have trained 58 local leaders with 20 receiving certification in 6 years Featured on Education Matters (KET) for being a rural district achieving great results for KIDS in 14 Buses travel approximately 8,000 miles per day and 1.4 million in 2014 Served over 2 million meals in 2014. 4th Year for CEO Program FACEBOOK page has over 4,400 likes and over 500 followers on twitter Current facility work for our KIDS will result in NO CHILD being in a “category 5” school as identified by the state of Kentucky as early as the fall of 2017

14 We Need Partners for Connectivity! Some students do not have internet connection at home. Business/Community to create wireless “hubs” for our KIDS. We will list all business/community entities on our web site and share with all KIDS as a place they can go to connect. Each location will receive FCS Connected Site Flyer!
