Population growth has placed strains on our environment

Nature has a natural way of keeping itself in equilibrium There are natural cycles that regulate and maintain: Atmospheric conditions Soil conditions Waste removal Water quality

The quality of the atmosphere is regulated by photosynthesis and cellular respiration. CO2 and O2 levels are kept in balance
