Our technology and our operators filter drivers based on car size, personality and willingness to assist the elderly. We monitor cancellations, lost drivers, and malfunctioning equipment. GoGoGrandparent has built technology to handle the dozens of scenarios - all painfully learned - where a self serve transportation model starts to fail and you need someone keeping an eye on the elderly.
