3 STEP PASSING GAME Stretch the defense Take advantage of an aggressive defense Get Ball Out Quickly Simple Progressions and Reads Aggressive Pass Blocks Don’t need a cannon for an arm If technically sound, nearly impossible to stop

Slant Protection: Combination. Man PS. Slide BS. RB fill A to B gap. QB: 3 Quick Steps. Read Flat Defender. Flat to Slant. X, Z, and H: Gain inside leverage, 3 steps and cut 45 degrees. Y: 2 yard flat route

X & Z: 3 yards, stem to corner, beat him up field. Stay on top of the numbers. Fade outside and go get the ball. Y: Seam route occupy the safety H: Slant route.
