What are myCrestron Analytics myCrestron is constantly monitoring your devices, and now you can view the data that is most important to you Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) for every device you manage Identify trends and respond proactively to keep your customers happy

What are myCrestron Analytics? View a live dashboard summarizing every system you monitor Fully custom widgets Widgets are individual graphs of data You decide the data, the filters, and the visualizations Create reports of widgets Create a report with all of the widgets for a single customer Create a report showing all of the alert information for all customers Linked filtering – clicking a widget on a report filters all other widgets on the report

Widgets A widget is a single chart Widgets have a single field (data that is monitored), filters (data that is shown or hidden), and a chosen visualization Over 600 combinations of fields and visualizations available, each of which can be filtered

Widgets Each widget has controls in the upper right corner Pin the widget to the front dashboard of myCrestron Remove all filters from the widget Delete the widget

Pinned Widgets Widgets pinned to the myCrestron Dashboard are available as soon as you log in Keep your most important widgets here, then use reports to dig deeper

Reports A report is a collection of widgets You can create as many different reports as you want

Creating a Report Step 1 – Click Analytics Step 2 – Click New Report Step 3 – Name the report

Add a Widget Step 1 – Click Configuration to view the available fields for visualization

Add a Widget Step 2 – Select the field (data) you want to monitor In this case, alerts raised by alert level

Add a Widget Step 3 - Select any filters you want applied to the data by default The widget will display only the data selected

Add a Widget Step 4 – Select the visualization type

Add a Widget Step 5 – Press the Add Widget button The widget is added to the report

Linked Filters You can quickly filter an entire report by clicking on a single widget and selecting a specific data field The selected field of the widget remains colored, unselected parts turn gray All other widgets adjust immediately to the new filter
