QTY: (XXX) PIECES Quantity of product being shipped (per master carton.) REV LEVEL: Revision of the part on Watts Purchase Order. Box#: (X) of (XX) BOXES The count for the number of boxes being shipped. Material Type: The type of material being shipped. Dominant material shall apply. Country of Origin: Where manufactured parts are coming from. Supplier ID: The unique numbers that identify you as a Watts supplier. DESC: The parts description of the item being shipped. PO: Purchase Order number for the part being shipped. Weight: Total Weight of the shipped product (per individual box). Lot#: Product lot # that the parts were manufactured from for traceability.
