CAREER SUCCESS COACH Recommends appropriate EL opportunities based on academic program, past work experience, injury, and student status Considers student schedules, academic progress, and tailors EL opportunities to the student Job develops on behalf of students to find impactful community EL opportunities

WSIB Student Success Advisor PROCESS PATH Student Success Coach -Student meets with SSC to discuss functional abilities & interests Reflection -Student reflects on goals & records new skillsets -Record activities in CCR WSIB Student Success Advisor -Introduces Career Success Program to the WSIB student Unique Plan -Student and SSC develop an individualized Co-Curricular plan to compliment students’ program of study
