The pros of the Wheat Belly diet You will lose up to 35 pounds within 3-6 months, if you remain strict with the diet It’s a simple diet all you need to do is eliminate wheat Anyone can do it as long as they are committed to it It’s extremely healthy because of the amount of vegetables involved: veggies help with your overall health Lowers the chances of pre-diabetic people to be diagnose with diabetes

The cons of the Wheat Belly diet It’s expensive to purchase gluten free food products It’s difficult to completely follow through with it. Ex: “Mmmm that brownie looks good.” Just one slip out and it’s very hard to go back It takes a lot of time, effort, and preparation You have to read all the food labels carefully, as most of the packaged food contains wheat When you lose weight, it will be from whole body not from any specific area

My opinion The Wheat Belly diet is an excellent diet I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their health and their lifestyle
