Open OneDrive OneDrive Save your work and access it from school or home Share your work with teachers and other students Collaborate online
Create a New Folder Name the New Folder Suggested folder names: [grade level] Reading [grade level] Writing [grade level] Science [grade level] Social Studies 1 2 3 3rd Grade Reading
Create a Word Document 2 3 Click on your new folder to open it 1
Name the Document It will automatically save to OneDrive for you! Click Document and type the name of your file. For Example: Book Report New Name
Collaborate Work on a project with one other person or a group of people, anytime and anywhere! Add names of everyone who will be working with you. Add a message (optional)
Stop Sharing Stop sharing a file anytime 3 4 1 2
Locate a Shared File Files shared with you will be listed here.
Open an Existing File Existing files are in read only mode until you: Edit Document Edit in Browser 1 2
Save and Share PowerPoint and Excel Files, too!
Remember to Always Sign Out Click the “avatar” in the top-right hand corner Select Sign Out
