2. Firstly we are going to learn about priorities and how it will help us in the business industry.
This is really easy.. All you have to do is click “new” to make a new , then you will click the “!” and it will highlight it yellow, so when the person who you send It to gets it, it will always be at the top of their list, so they will read it first.

3. To make your signature go on in the right hand side corner ‘options’ then ‘messaging’, scroll down and it will come up with signature. Just type here and then when you press it, it should come up with your signature. Then once you’ve made it, click on the icon up at the top and it should come up with your new signature. This helps in the business world and makes it a lot more easy to contact people.

4. To personalise your outlook, just click on the downwards arrow and it will give you some other themes to make you’re theme instead of the normal ‘blue’ theme.
