Short Answer (yes/no) Yes/No Subject Auxiliary + not / n’t Yes, No, I did. didn’t (did not) Note: In question with (Did), we should use base of form in present.

Answer I visited amazing places. He wrote it last year. They found it in the parking lot. Note: In question with (wh), we should use base of form in present in the question and verb in past in answer.

Negative Form in Simple Past صيغة النفي في الماضي البسيط Negative with Didn’t in Simple Past Subject Auxiliary + not / n’t base of form in present.
