Federal Aviation Administration Spent over $185.6 million Air-traffic control Weather-monitoring systems Conducted several tests Preliminary test in late March April 12, 1999 conducted broad test Set clock forward to Dec. 31 on backup system no glitches

Airline Preparation Boeing Co. and Airbus Industries Indicate planes will not be affected Concern of reservation systems United has spent 15 million Delta states they will be ready Feb 4, 1999-All airlines began year 2000 reservations
