Season Schedule & Calendar Rehearsals (note the locations) Staying through expected to change Cash Drive Competitions (some Sundays) Parade Championship Finals Dayton trip (percussion)

Trip to WGI Championships What is WGI? Very much like the Olympics Trip is required to be a performing member this season (unless we know NOW) Cost is $550 per student There is no travel company – Mr. P do it all… please, all Money deadlines MUST be made No free rides – you know price now – go fund raise Go over schedule Commonly asked Questions Big meeting in March

To make the trip happen we will need… 4 Parent Chaperones Your trip will be cost free (except meals) Students paying/fundraising for trip

Family cost to join WP Performing members are required to pay $50 uniform fee $100 Dayton Deposit Total due = $150 Must be paid now or before Tuesday Jan. 9th

Cost to run Winter Programs Budgeted $32,200 to run Winter Programs. Costs $644 per student! School only pays for… Mr. Jamison’s stipend Band Parents Association has to pay for all other staff, busses, box trucks, fuel, supplies, equipment, repairs, instruments, sticks/mallets, floors, show fees, flags, props, back drops, season t-shirts, and anything else.

Costs and Fundraising Students pay for their uniform ($50) Students pay for trip to Dayton ($550) Participation in a January cash drive Students are expected to raise $150 Raffle tickets and/or program ads Someone from each family over 18 helps with Bingo once a month

Cash Drive Locations set up in the D-Y community Each student works one 3-hour shift Percussion students wear the marching band uniform. Guard wears their winter uniform. Budgeted to make between $3,000 - $4,000 Students encouraged to bring flags, riffles, and instruments as they politely ask the community to support our winter programs.
