About the project Estonian-Latvian programme is funded under the goal of the European Territorial Cooperation, better known as Interreg Project aim is to strengthen cooperation between small ethno- cultural regions in Estonia and Latvia recognized by Unesco Development and promotion of small ethno-cultural regions as tourism destinations «UNESCO-tourism»
