Residence Hall Association The Residence Hall Association (RHA) of Rowan University represents the on-campus student population and is the primary voice for all residential students. RHA will promote inclusivity and advocate for the good will of every resident on campus. We will develop a sense of community through positive initiatives to promote student life, organize Hall Councils to represent the interests of each residence hall, and develop university-wide events for students to enjoy. RHA will also promote the leadership development of every student who resides on campus. Steph

Hall Councils Each residence hall and apartment has its own Hall Council comprised of residents within their community. Each hall elects its own residents to the Executive Board of their Hall Council which also includes a Hall Representative that represents their hall to RHA. Hall Councils are responsible for representing the residents of the building, advocating for improvements and the wants of the residents in their hall, overseeing a budget for their Hall Council, working with other Hall Councils and RHA for the benefit of the community, and developing programs and events for residents to enjoy.
