2. Staff Forum The Staff Forum’s general purpose is to provide:
an organized means of communication
participation for staff in the shared governance system of the College.

3. Staff Forum The specific purposes of the Staff Forum are:
To strengthen the institution and its staff by recognizing, encouraging, and supporting a high level of professionalism in its workers and policies/protocols/practices.
To create a collective voice for staff and the issues/concerns brought forth by staff members.
To create more transparency across the institution regarding decision-making.
To educate and seek understanding about issues and opportunities facing the College and its staff.
To help create a culture of civility, equity, productivity, wellness, and high morale for all who work and study at the College.

4. Staff Forum Advisory Committee
Committee that plans Staff Forum Meetings and takes your concerns and comments onto campus governance.

5. Executive Council
Governing Body for campus, setting the agenda for the General Faculty Meetings. Danielle Capillo Staff Forum Co-Chair attends these weekly meetings.

6. Presidents Council
Meets with the Administrative Committee on a regular basis. Heather Schill Staff Forum Co-Chair attends these meetings.

7. Staff Liaison to Board of Trustees
Path for voicing concerns and celebrating good work of BC Staff to the Trustees. Aaron Bealle attends Board of Trustee meetings twice annually in October and April of each year.
