How Does It Work? Layout: Narrow Left Column In Wisconsin we have Career Prep Coordinators at each of our 16 Colleges. They connect with the high schools in their area and work their magic! Courses are chosen Agreements are created College Mentors are teamed with HS teacher Student enroll in course at no cost to them “cost neutral” situation

Funding Structure for Programming Colleges pick up salary and fringe $25,000 base for each college from Perkins Reserve Remaining Formula based on 10th grade enrollment (Perkins as well) Money used for Career Prep Activities; Student engagement and awareness
