4. Dual Enrollment: Current Status 2010
AP Alternative started with 117 student in 2009 and after one year has approximately 400 students participating (started with 5 sections and now at 26 college sections while beating statewide AP Stats by 63%)
AP Alternative had a 84% retention rate with an average GPA of 3.35 and college cost savings of approximately 1.5 million dollars for students and their families
CTE had approximately 75 students complete courses and earn 3 college credits each which adds up to approximately 250 and $300,000 of college cost savings for students and their families
