Saturday, July 19, 1597 Angry is not powerful enough for how I feel tonight. A foe, an enemy, a Montague had the nerve to come to our party. Romeo; that villain! I knew the sound of a sly Montague’s voice as soon as I heard it. A red mist crept over me. I asked for my rapier as I did not see it as a sin to kill the wretch right there and then for his spite. Yet, my uncle saw it fit not to disturb the party. I tried to reason with him telling him that a villain was acting as a guest at OUR party, but he would not hear of it. He told me I was insolent and that I had to endure Romeo’s company as he is a, “virtuous” youth. My uncle wants peace, but I hate the word as much as I hate the Montagues. My uncle may have stopped me from killing that heartless Romeo tonight, but my patience will not over power my anger. Soon I shall seek my revenge for Romeo’s intrusion. Tybalt

Plenary: After today’s lesson describe Tybalt using a new word. After today’s lesson I would also describe Tybalt as _________ because _________.
