9/13/2018 ABSTRACT In our project we are going to monitor temperature range as well as the level of the container. If the temperature decrease below the certain value then automatically our controller gives the alert and indicates the temperature value to refrigeration unit. At the same time if the level of the container reach the required quantity then our controller automatically open the next container to store the milk in an effective manner.

9/13/2018 CONCLUSION Advances in processing and computation have opened up opportunities for very accurate control of plants, processes and systems. In our project “DIAGNOSIS OF AUTOMATION IN DIARY FARMING”, we monitored temperature range as well as the level of the container by means of LM 35 and IR sensor respectively. That is if the milk completely fills a container to a required level it automatically shifted to the next container and if the temperature varies from the rated set point then an alarm signal is provided to the respective unit.

9/13/2018 FUTURE PLAN In forthcoming, several parameters such as flow, pressure, density etc can be controlled ,measured and indicate the output values using the advanced technology of software and hardware. With a straightforward approach, the project is aimed at implementing the design of automation in dairy farming at Aavin, Madurai.
