The strategy for grassroots girls football in Andover, Hampshire Footy4Girls DNA The strategy for grassroots girls football in Andover, Hampshire Footy4Girls is the girls youth arm of the FA Charter Standard Community Club Andover New Street FC.

The Footy 4 Girls DNA: What’s all this about? Youth football as it should be: for fun, friendship, and fitness. As a growing club we need a plan for the future to make sure the right resources are available when they are needed. ‘Failing to plan is planning to fail.’ While club administration is important, our football programme is what we are all about. This strategy is the vision for our football programme, and everything we do should be supporting this. People are interested in what we do. Our message is a great one and we need to spread the word to build great partnerships. Footy4Girls is the girls youth arm of the FA Charter Standard Community Club Andover New Street FC.

Preparing the future player The Footy4Girls DNA How we play Preparing the future player Who we are How we coach How we support While it is our club’s football strategy, the Footy4Girls DNA is connected ultimately to the FA’s future game strategy: the England DNA Footy4Girls is the girls youth arm of the FA Charter Standard Community Club Andover New Street FC.

The Footy4Girls DNA Who we are We are a growing grassroots, participation based, community sports programme, 100 per cent volunteer run. Our objective is to be recognised as the leading girls sports programme in Andover. Footy4Girls is the girls youth arm of the FA Charter Standard Community Club Andover New Street FC.

The Footy4Girls DNA How we play Fairly with respect for opposition players, match officials and all those involved in the game. In possession, playing creatively while maintaining possession and playing through the thirds. Out of possession, organised defensively with pressure on the ball in all parts of the ground looking to actively regain possession. Team formations that reflect the development and skills of the individual players and stages of games. Offering equal opportunity to all players regardless of their experience and ability. Footy4Girls is the girls youth arm of the FA Charter Standard Community Club Andover New Street FC.
