Key Messages for OCS OCS offers students many academic opportunities to excel in learning, to become global citizens, and to achieve college and career readiness. OCS has smart, talented, caring, and competent students and employees who together make the organization better. Technology is a tool that accelerates the teaching and learning process, but does not replace the teacher. OCS is fiscally responsible and uses resources wisely to create a safe and engaging learning environment for our students. Growing the physical, social, and emotional health of OCS students is a priority. OCS is developing tomorrow’s leaders to serve the common good. The OCS key messages will be revised with stakeholder input during the 2016-2017 academic year.
