11. Parent and Family Engagement Plan
Draft – Parent and Family Engagement Plan was presented at the OKE Parent Input Meeting on July 27, 2017.
The Revised Parent Involvement Plan is available tonight. All parents will receive a copy of the Parent and Family Engagement Plan in the new Parent and Family Engagement Handbook.

This describes how the students, parents, and school will WORK TOGETHER to do everything possible to ensure STUDENT ACADEMIC SUCCESS!

Final compacts will be included in the Parent and Family Engagement Handbook.
We are required to a have a signed Revised Parent and Family Engagement Plan and School Parent Compact for EVERY student in the school. This acknowledgement form can be found in the Parent and Family Engagement Handbook.

Academic Goals – Final
Vocabulary:
On the first semester District Vocabulary Assessment, 65% of OKE students will perform at a grade of 75% or above. By May 2018, at least 75% of OKE students will score at or above 75% on the District Vocabulary Assessment.
Reading:
Sixty-five percent (65%) of students in grades 3-5 will demonstrate performance at the Developing or higher range on the GA Milestones Assessment.
