The Front Cover Here is an example The front cover of your notebook must have the following: 1. Your first and last name. 2. Your grade number. 3. The title “Science” 4. Your teacher’s name. 5. At least 2 diagrams, photographs, or pictures reflecting Science. 6. At least four (4) colors on the cover (white or black not counted as colors) 7. Table of Contents Here is an example 1. This will be the first sheet of lined paper inside the notebook. 2. You will use the front and back of this sheet for the Table of Contents. 3. Draw a line down the center of the page. 4. The left column has the title “LEFT PAGE #.” 5. The right column has the title “RIGHT PAGE #.” Here is an example

The back of the TABLE OF CONTENTS page is page # 2 4. Number ALL the pages until the back cover is reached. 5. Number your notebook like a textbook.
