3 Put in the following order after the Title page: Laboratory Safety Contract The Scientific Method and Lab Write Ups (white) Signature Confirmation Sheet Notebook Format for Activities (1/2 sheet green) Follow up prompts

4 Unit A Title Page Unit A Studying Materials Scientifically Draw 3 colored pictures

5 Leave space for the following: Vocabulary Sheets (3 sides) Warm ups (4 sides) Activity 1 Unit A stamp sheet (for spiral notebooks, put it on one of the back sheets; report covers, keep it on the last page) –The line on the left margin aligns with the outer edge of the paper you glue it to For students using the report covers, make sure to have a supply of lined paper.
