Instructional Technology Quick Facts: 99% of all instructional areas are Interactive Classrooms 180 Classrooms 2 Seminar rooms equipped with state of the art projection/sound systems. Interactive Classrooms = classroom with built-in technology consisting of a TV/Projector that can be interactive through touch. Responsible for design, maintenance, and replacement of all technology in these rooms. Supply, setup and administer live video stream for events ranging from Memorial Day to Graduation

Technical Support 35 various computer labs Quick Facts: 35 various computer labs 3,052 school owned devices on campus: Windows: 1,347 MAC: 75 Chromebooks: 1,542 iPads: 88 **2010 - 850 total devices Deployment and repairs of all computers, devices, and printers on campus Responsible for all VoIP phones, surveillance cameras, and wireless access. Responsible for all Audio/Video equipment in classrooms, auditorium, cafeteria, etc. Responsible for providing technical support and device for state mandated PARCC testing. Successfully tested with over 950 devices concurrently in 2016-2017

Web and Portal Systems 10+ 520,487 Digital Signage displays 520,487 visits to our website Between 9-1-15 and 10-20-16 11% increase from this time last year (468,000) Maintain Google Apps for Education portal for all faculty/staff/students. Maintain secured faculty portal Maintain School Messenger Alert management system. Maintain Scala system that manages the playlists for all TV’s in the district. District Web Administrator

Shared Technology Services $180,000 projected gross revenue re-occurring each year from technology shared services Provides technology support/services for 5 additional entities outside of Kingsway Regional. Consisting of: Woolwich Township and Police East Greenwich Township and Police South Harrison Elementary School Clearview Regional School District Harrison Township and Police

Disaster Recovery System 99.995% Up-time for critical IT services such as: Internet Systems 3000 PowerSchool Email (7-1-15 to 7-1-16) HS Network Operations Center (NOC) has a 6 hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO) to our Disaster Recovery (DR) site on the Middle School Campus. All critical servers are replicated every 4 hours while all standard servers are replicated nightly. Monthly backups for critical servers are being stored on an encrypted server on Clearview’s campus. In the event of a complete site outage, DR site could be moved to South Harrison Elementary and services restored for several critical applications.

2017-2018 Changes Installed state of the art sound system for South Gym. Combined services with Clearview to do Email Archiving and Spam Filtering through Kingsway. Saves both districts $3,000 per year by eliminating redundant systems. Future Ideas Include: Wireless Controllers Helpdesk Systems Upgraded Wireless Infrastructure 114 Access Points to support a wide variety of devices. 802.1X and DPSK authentication to ensure easy and safe access Streamlines visitor guest access system utilizing DPSK codes.

2017-2018 Focus Reduce the amount of responses to PHISHING Attempts. Increase internet bandwidth while keeping costs flat. Better document and track system up-time and catch issues before they happen.
