Patrick Adkinson - Assistant Director Chase Jones - IT Technician Linda Weems - IT Technician Bill Roberts - System/Network Administrator Phillip Weems - System/Network Administrator Kevin Cureton - Computer Lab/Network Administrator Patrick works with me in planning for new initiatives for the college as well as ensuring that those initiatives are followed thought to completion as well as monitors the daily operation of the department and steps in when necessary. He directly supervises the IT Technicians. Chase and Linda provide troubleshooting, maintenance and technical assistance for all College users of computer and peripheral equipment located in faculty and staff offices, classrooms, laboratories, and work areas. Bill and Phillip maintain and operate the college servers, network resources and VOIP telephone system. They manage and maintain the network and system infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring and troubleshooting network and system resources. They also are responsible for ensuring that the network and systems are secure and are backed to ensure business continuity. Kevin’s duties include the installation and maintenance of the network, system and personal computers on behalf of the Center for Instructional Excellence. He ensures existing instructional software is functional as well as all computer hardware and peripherals related to computer labs.
