ICT opportunities

Spelling Spelling will continue to be a focus. Children will be developing their phonics and spelling knowledge daily in class, linked to letter patterns and common rules. This will be followed up at home and we ask for your support in this.

Homework Mathletics – 1 hour per week Reading – 20 minutes 5x a week Spelling – weekly list Learning logs – fortnightly Children need to bring their reading books and records daily

Attendance and Punctuality Doors open at 8.50am. School starts at 9.00am and the registers close at this time. Children arriving in the classroom after 9.00am will be marked as late. School attendance 2014-15: 96.9% National (2013-14): 96.1% Attendance dropping below 90% results in school contacting parents with improvements expected.
