Year 6 Residential Hilltop 5th July – 7th July 2017

Hilltop Outdoor Centre Sheringham

Wednesday 5th July 2017 Arrive at school for normal time. Bus to collect approximately 10am. Arrive at Hilltop around 11:30am. **A packed lunch will be needed for the first day. **A sleeping bag or duvet will be needed. Pillows and pillowcases will be provided

Friday 7th July 2017 Approximate departure time – 1:30pm Arrival time at Earsham Primary – 3pm **No mobiles or games consoles should be taken. To be completed and handed in within the next 4 weeks PARENTAL CONSENT & PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM

The Woodland Lodge Accommodation There are two separate rooms for the girls and the boys. Each room has its own toilet and shower room. A games room is provided which includes: A pool table Table tennis A television

Chosen Activities Mountain Biking Archery Wooden bridges An opportunity to try a purposely built bike track filled with: Wooden bridges Twisty corners Rolling bumps Archery An opportunity to develop your shooting skills and shoot down as many balloons as possible.

Chosen Activities Assault Course Tree Top Trail Get dirty Get wet Get muddy! Wind your way around the woodlands and tackle the obstacles. Tree Top Trail Taking responsibility to attach yourself to safety wires. Travel across bridges, walkways and obstacles up to 10 meters high.

Activities On Offer The Big Zipper (Zip Wire) Crate Stacking An adrenaline rush on one of our two - 120m zip wires from the top of our highest hill. Crate Stacking Construct a wobbly tower up to six meters high. Can you reach the top before it falls?

Activities On Offer Air Jump (New for 2015) It’s Bags of fun and the only one of its kind in England!! Experience free fall from our purpose built tower of 1 metre up to 10 metres into a giant Air Bag!

Evening Activities Coastal Hike Half an hour walk to visit the pretty coastal town of Sheringham. An opportunity to visit: The beach Cliff tops The local shops

Evening Activities Famous Faces Find the famous faces around the park. Work as a team to try and win the competition. Can you name them all?

Meal Times Hilltop are happy to cater for special dietary requirements, e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free & other food allergies. Water, Fruit & Bread freely available No economy burgers or sausages served Chips maximum of twice during a 5 day visit No fizzy drinks or sweets will be sold at mealtimes ** Children whose birthday occurs whilst at Hilltop can be provided with a Birthday Cake.
