Getting Started Guide

What is PBIS Rewards? Reward Track Redeem Touch the app, select reward amount, and scan the QR code – Fast Track Automatic point totals are tracked and measurements are reported on your convenient web portal – Simple Redeem Points are always available to review and redeem – Easy

Smartphone Application With the smartphone app, every staff member can access PBIS Rewards anytime, anywhere. PBIS Rewards creates a consistent, positive climate and culture school-wide!

Smartphone Menu Give students points. Quickly write referrals. Sell from the school store. Register students for upcoming events. Redeem saved student purchases.

Give Select the number* of points you wish to award. Select “GIVE #.” Scan student badge. Student’s balance, per grading period, and per year totals are displayed. Select the red arrow to undo. *?? button allows you to check a student’s balance.

To reward your entire group: Give To reward your entire group: On your group’s page, select the printer icon. Select how many points to award and scan the group QR code. Print a roster of all of your students’ QR codes and a group QR Code (in the upper left corner of the roster sheet). You can also print group codes sheet from Printing Options. Deselect any student who doesn’t earn the points. Select “GIVE POINTS.”

Referral Search the student’s name. Select student. Enter the time and date of the offense or click “NOW.” Select a “Reason” from the dropdown box. If none of the reasons apply, select “Other” and type a short description in the box provided. Select “Give.”

Store Click on the shopping cart icon next to the item desired. Scan student badge. Choose Redeem Now or Redeem Later and then select “BUY ITEM.” Student’s new balance appears on the screen.

Event Select an event. Scan student badge. Register student to upcoming events by selecting “CHECK IN.” Student’s name is now added to the list of “Registered Students.”

Redeem If a student has a saved purchase they want to redeem, select the Redeem tab. Scan student badge. Click the Redeem button next to the purchase they want to redeem.

Desktop Application Manage PBIS Rewards directly from your desktop! This central location makes it easy to reward and manage student activity.

My Groups Click “Add New” to create new group Favorite a group by selecting the heart icon Click on any existing group Search for a group

My Groups Create a New Group Click “Add New” to create new group Enter name of new group and click save.

My Group Add Students to New Group Type name in “Student Search” box Click “+” sign with the person next to student name to add the student to the group.

My Group Add Students to New Group First student now added to group. Click in “Student Search” box to continue adding students until your group is complete.

My Group Give Points Award points to one, multiple, or all students by clicking on students and then clicking on value to add (1, 2, 3, etc.). Can use “Select All” and “Select None” to speed process.

My Group Give Points When you award points, you see confirmation of it on the students who received points. Student balances will increase.

My Group Give Points to other Students Give points to students not in group by using “Student Search” box. Click the green “+” sign next to the student’s name to bring up award box.

My Group Remove Student from Group To Remove Student, first click “pencil” next to group name.

My Group Remove Student from Group Click red “X” by student to remove. Click “Save” icon when finished updating.

Redeem Search for the student wanting to redeem a saved purchase. Select the Redeem button next to the item. 3. This item has now been removed from their list of saved purchases.

Run Event 1. Select an event. 2. Scan student badge. If you don’t have a scanner attached to your computer, search for the student’s name or ID number. 3. Register student to upcoming event by selecting “CHECK IN.” 4. Student’s name is now added to the list of “Registered Students.”
