2 What is PBIS Rewards? Reward Track Redeem
Open the app, select reward amount, and scan the QR code – Fast Track Points are automatically tracked and viewable in the reports on the desktop portal– Simple Redeem Points are always available to review and redeem – Easy

3 Smartphone Application
With the smartphone app, every staff member can access PBIS Rewards anytime, anywhere. PBIS Rewards creates a consistent, positive climate and culture schoolwide!

4 Smartphone Menu Give students points. Quickly start referrals.
Sell from the school store. Register students for upcoming events. Redeem saved student purchases.

5 Give Select the number of points you wish to award, along with the expectation, if applicable Scan student badge or Search Click GIVE #, or click on the student if you used search The last action will be displayed showing the student’s name, picture, how many points he/she just received, current balance, GP total, and yearly total. If you awarded the wrong number of points or selected the wrong student, click the red Undo button.

6 To reward your entire group
Give To reward your entire group Choose your Group in the Staff App to Award Points. Select the number of points, and expectations, if applicable. Click the top radio button to select all students. You can click the check next to any individual students who should not be awarded points. Click GIVE to award the number of points per student displayed, or CLEAR to start over.

7 Referral Search for the student’s name. Select the student.
Enter the time and date of the offense or click NOW. Select a reason from the dropdown box. If none of the reasons apply, select “Other” and type a short description in the box provided. Select GIVE.

8 Store Click on the shopping cart icon next to the item desired.
Scan student badge. Choose Redeem Now or Redeem Later, and then select “BUY ITEM.” Student’s new balance appears on the screen.

9 Event Select an event. Scan student badge.
Register student to upcoming events by selecting “CHECK IN.” Student’s name is now added to the list of “Registered Students.”

10 Redeem If a student has a saved purchase and they want to redeem, select Redeem on the main menu. Scan student badge. Click the Redeem button next to the item he/she wants to redeem.

13 Things to do on the Group page
Groups Things to do on the Group page Click “Add New” to create a new group Favorite a group by selecting the heart icon which adds it to My Groups/Favorites and makes it available on the staff app Click on any existing group to award points to that group Search for a group from among all available groups in the school

14 Groups Create a New Group
Click “Add New” to create new group Enter name of new group and click save.

15 My Group Add Students to New Group
Type name in “Student Search” box Click the button with the ‘+ and person icon’ next to student name to add the student to the group.

16 My Group Add Students to New Group
First student now added to group. Click in “Student Search” box to continue adding students until your group is complete.

17 My Group Give Points Award points with expectations to one, multiple, or all students by clicking on students and then clicking on value to add (1, 2, 3, etc.). “Clear” removes all point selections. “Select All” chooses all students, then changes to “Select None” so you can remove all selections.

18 My Group Give Points When you award points, you see confirmation of it when a star and number of points appears on the student cards for a brief moment. Student balances will then increase.

19 My Group Give Points to other Students
You can give points to students who are not in the group by using the “Student Search” box. Click the green “+” sign next to the student’s name to bring up a box to award points and expectations.

Click number of points to award along with the expectation. Screen will display confirmation after award.

21 My Group Remove Student from Group
To Remove Student, first click “pencil” next to group name.

22 My Group Remove Student from Group
Click red “X” on the student’s card to remove. Click “Save” icon when finished updating, or “Cancel” the changes you made. You can also “Delete” the group after clicking the “Edit” button. This cannot be undone.

To see group printing options, click the printer icon next to group name. Print: Roster sheets (with your group QR code) Parent letters Temporary badges Labels

24 Referral Document a referral in seconds!
Analyze individualized teacher referral data. Identify main discipline problems in your classroom.

25 Referral Search the student’s name. Select student.
Enter the time and date of the offense or click “NOW.” Select a “Reason” from the dropdown box. If none of the reasons apply, select “Other” and type a short description in the box provided. Select “Give.”

26 School Store 1. Click on item desired, then click on Checkout 2. A pop up will display where you will search for the student. 3. Click on ‘Redeem Now’ or ‘Redeem Later’ 3. You can adjust the quantity of items, if needed, then click Purchase Items. 4. Student’s updated balance is shown at the top of the screen.

27 Redeem Click on the ‘Redeem’ button in the upper right corner of the Store. Search for the student redeeming an item 3. Click on the ‘Redeem’ button next to the item the student has selected. 4. A confirmation pop up will be shown at the top of the screen.

28 Set Goals Click on the ‘Set Goals’ button in the upper right corner of the Store. Select the item for the goal 3. A pop up allows you to select the student by searching 4. Once you have found the student, just click “Set Goal.”

29 Three Ways to Run Events
Deduct points Total points earned per grading period* Total points earned per year* * Qualifies a student based on the student’s cumulative point totals during the period; does not deduct points from the student’s balance.

30 Events 1. Select an event. 2. Search for the student.
If you have a scanner attached to your computer, you can use Scan Badge to select the student. 3. Register student to upcoming event by selecting “CHECK IN.” 4. Student’s name is now added to the list of registered students and the current balance is displayed briefly at the top of the screen.

31 Reports View reports on your own PBIS Rewards data!
