Overview Programme brings together 2 of the 5 RPB strategic priorities: Integrated Commissioning Preventions (including IAA) Programme Manager in post from 1 August Provides capacity for wide-ranging programme which will consolidate and build upon existing work Programme Board in place – initial meeting on 28 September – and scheduled to meet monthly from November onwards 5 work streams and actions approved Terms of Reference and governance arrangement agreed Connections established with HDUHB Transforming Clinical Services programme Agreement on allocation of programme funding to support work streams

Regional preventions framework What’s already in place All 3 LAs are meeting their duty to develop strategies for preventative services – visions, strategies, target operating models Unique locality based approaches with key similar key ingredients Ongoing Information gathering on approach taken by each LA What we’ll do next Regional Preventions framework articulating key cornerstones and approaches to development of preventative services across region (March 2018) Regional Outcomes framework for preventions and well being (March 2018)

Social enterprise, 3rd sector & User led services What’s already in place 3 County position statement being developed for 3rd sector led approach to early intervention and preventative services Capability and resilience of 3rd sector across region – surveys returned, analysis underway Working group established between Wales Co-op Centre and CVCs to develop Social Value Forum Targets developed with 3 CVCs around establishment of user led co-operatives with ???? What we’ll do next Develop regional approach to 3rd sector led support for preventative services (March 17) – CVCs lead Report on capability and resilience of 3rd sector across the Region (Dec 17) Establishment of regional social value forum (March 18)

IAA What’s already in place All 3 LA’s continue to develop IAA services – significant progress since Regional position statement developed by IPC in March 2016 Different locality based approaches with key similar ingredients Ongoing Information gathering on approach taken by each LA IAA standards and training identified as an area for development of regional workforce plan What we’ll do next Updated regional position statement for IAA delivery (March 18) Evaluation of different IAA approaches (March 18) Development of IAA standards (March 18) Regional implementation of Dewis/Infoengine linked to 111 (March 18)
