Gantt, Critical Path & Line of Balance – Graphic systems for scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation; monitoring & analysis Earned Value Analysis – Integrated time, cost & performance system for performance monitoring S-Curves & Graphic Analysis - Reporting & analysis Statistical Analysis - Sampling, performance, trends, necessity & sufficiency, cause & effect impact evaluation.

PROCESS We will first present various project design & management concepts and tools to you, step-by-step You will then work as teams to apply these tools and analyze a Case situation to identify and design a project, step-by-step Your team will present your work for plenary review and feedback critique by the faculty and your peers, step-by-step Finally, your team will compete against other teams to present your final project recommendation to the MI Faculty
