Letter from Alex Hi, my name is Alex Leonel Pérez Tomás. I live with my mother and two sisters. My father left us eleven years ago, which was very hard on my family but we have let us make us stronger. My mother provides for us by selling snacks on the streets but she doesn't make enough money to support me going to school. I am in the 10th grade and I really want to continue my studying. I know that with education there are many opportunities ahead of me. I appreciate your helping me to achieve my goals.
Letter from Expensive My name is Expensive Wicho. I am a girl. My father is self-employed and sells chicken. My mother is a housewife. We are two children in our family and I am the second born. My father has failed to pay for my school fees because his business no longer makes money. Because of economic hardships my father can only afford my brother's secondary education and no money for my school fees. I want to be educated and become a doctor one day and help sick people. I enjoy playing netball with my friends.
